Julius Willis retired from Harris Corporation (Farinon Division) April 3, 1998. Three parties:

Farinon became the Microwave Communications Division in 1998. In 2007 it was renamed the Statrex Networks Division.

Julius Willis retires from Heald College after 26 years of teaching there.

Jules taught at Heald’s San Francisco campus from 1981 through 1988 and at its Hayward campus from 1988 through 2007.

Jules taught electronic courses in the 80s and microprocessor and computer courses in the early 90s. From 1997 on, Jules taught computer networking, Web site design, and business administration courses.

Julius and Norma Willis celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversay and Julius' 66th birthday on February 27, 1999.

Julius and Norma celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary and Julius’ 70th birthday with a bash at the Marriott Hotel in Newark, February 22, 2003.

Julius celebrated his 75th birthday (2/27/33) on March 1, 2008 with family, friends, and fellow members of the Sigma Rho fraternity.

Notice the cake with the numbers reversed to read “57”.
